Frequently asked questions

How does our agency earn – and what does Triira take?
Your margin is entirely yours: you negotiate it freely with your creators, just like today. A Triira commission applies exclusively to deals that newly come about through the Triira network – i.e. to brands that Triira brings you. For your existing clients and your own business in the cockpit, you pay nothing. On such network new business the platform commission is 10/8/5% (depending on the creator’s plan; 15% on deals running exclusively through you), always shown transparently before you accept. In short: you only pay when Triira delivers you genuine new business.
Do we pay anything for our existing clients?
No. The cockpit for your own talent and client business is commission-free – you only pay your cockpit subscription. A commission arises exclusively on additional deals newly brokered through the Triira network.
What does the cockpit cost?
The white-label cockpit runs on a subscription by agency size (team seats); creators and clients do not count as a seat. During the open beta you test the full version for 90 days, with personal onboarding and a frozen launch price. Self-host and enterprise by individual quote.
Does this work self-hosted, too?
Yes. The cockpit only ever calls the Federation API outbound – whether SaaS or self-hosted. It is never exposed to the outside, your data stays in your instance.
What is the merging of cockpit and network?
The marketplace lives as a “Network” tab right inside your cockpit: mirror creators, see network campaigns and apply – all without switching apps or a second login.
